  3. Hacemos un refrito solo con tomate triturado, una cucharadita de pimentón dulce y ajo, batimos y reservamos.
  4. En esa misma sartén poner un chorrito de aceite, la ñora y los fideos y los vamos tostando un poco y los reservamos.
  5. Ponemos los calamares ha hacerse, le añadimos las gambas y por último las almejas. Cuando estén bien echo todo y las almejas se hayan abierto lo sacamos y apartamos.
  6. Y por último vamos a poner los fideos, echarle el marisco de antes incluidos los mejillones y el refrito batido. Remover despacio hasta integrar y vamos añadiendo el caldo (el que hicimos con las cabezas de gambas y el que conseguimos de la cocción de los mejillones) hasta cubrirlos y vamos probando hasta queden blandos.
  7. Se puede comer tal cual o con un poco de alioli, y buen provecho.
