- En el aceite sobrante sudar la cebolla hasta trasparentar, incorporar el ajo, después añadimos los fideos y el tomate frito rehogamos un rato antes de echar el fumet (caldo), que habremos ajustado de sal y coloreado un poco con colorante o azafrán. Incorporar los moluscos de forma decorativa, dejar cocer a fuego medio.
- Luego agregamos el resto de los ingredientes, camarones, calamar langosta, el pimiento morrón y los guisantes todo de forma decorativa :). Dejamos cocer a fuego medio hasta que la pasta este lista y se haya absorbido todo el agua. Si ves que se queda seco demasiado rápido puedes añadir un poco más de caldo o retirarlo si te parece que sobra.
- Por último, dejamos reposar la fideuá unos minutos tapada con un trapo limpio para que se acabe de hacer.
