  5. En un bol, troceas el queso fresco, le añades la lata de leche de coco entera, el sirope de agave y por último la leche con café y batimos.
  6. En los 50 ml de leche restante caliente, disolvemos las láminas de gelatina, y añadimos al bol, batiendo hasta haber mezclado bien todos los ingredientes.
  7. Vertemos en el molde, y llevamos a la nevera un mínimo de 4 horas.
