Ahora que tenemos todo preparado solo queda freír el pollo, y lo vamos a hacer dos veces, para lo que ponemos aceite en un cazo y vamos echando el pollo poco a poco a freír por primera vez un par de minutos a fuego medio/alto hasta que el rebozado coja consistencia y se empiece a dorar. Cuando esté todo frito por primera vez, ponemos el fuego al máximo y volvemos a meter el pollo en el aceite hasta que esté bien dorado
  5. Una vez el pollo esté hecho, colocamos la salsa que teníamos reservada en una sartén y la vamos calentando un poco. Cuando veas que está caliente agrega el pollo y mezcla bien durante un par de minutos.
  6. Se puede acompañar con arroz o lo que se prefiera.
