    Después se pasa por la batidora. (Si queda poca salsa de le puede añadir un poco de agua, pero poca para no quitarle sabor).
    Se le puede añadir un poco de harina si se quiere más espeso.
  6. Se junta la salsa con las albóndigas y se deja un poco a fuego lento. Después de unos pocos minutos se le añada un poco de pimienta negra y sal y se remueve bien.
