  5. 1 cucharada pasta de curry rojo

  8. 1 yogur natural (o leche de coco)
  9. 2 huevos
  10. Aceite de girasol
  11. Aceite de sésamo

  1. En primer lugar lavaremos con agua las pechugas de pollo evitando así una posible contaminación cruzada.
  2. Cortamos la cebolla, los pimientos y la carne en tiras.
  3. Preparados los ingredientes, en una sartén o wok pocharemos la cebolla y los pimientos a fuego bajo con un poco de aceite de girasol y otro poquito de aceite de sésamo.
  4. Mientras se van pochando las verduras, en otra sartén con un poquito de aceite de girasol, vamos salteando el arroz (previamente bien lavado) y añadimos el caldo.
    Iremos removiendo de vez en cuando para que el arroz quede bien suelto.
  5. Con la verdura ya bien pochada, subiremos el fuego y agregaremos las tiras de pollo.
  6. Y cuando la carne empiece a tomar color, añadimos la pasta de curry rojo y el yogur natural y mezclamos bien para que todos los aromas se mezclen uniformemente.
  7. Añadimos el arroz a la sartén donde tenemos la carne e integramos todo.
  8. A la hora de acompañar el Nasi Goreng puedes añadir una tortilla francesa en tiras o freír un huevo y servirlo encima.
    Esta es una de las formas más tradicionales de encontrarlo en Indonesia.
