  2. Picamos la cebolla y el pimiento, y rallamos el tomate
  3. Ponemos el pimiento y la cebolla a pochar con un poquito de AOVE unos 10 minutos. Cuando lo veamos pochadito le añadimos el tomate rallado y lo dejamos que cocine a fuego medio.
  4. Una vez tenemos el sofrito, le añadimos las gambas y las anillas cortadas a trocitos (la cantidad al gusto o bolsillo de cada uno)le añadimos sal y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio unos 10-13 minutos (vigilar con la sal que luego viene el caldo de pescado!)
  5. Una vez lo tenemos, le añadimos los fideos y removemos bien durante un par de minutos para que coja el sabor de todos los ingredientes
  6. Cubrimos de caldo de pescado o fumet (en mi caso ha sido con el caldo especial fideuá)
  7. Dejamos que reduzca el caldo, unos 7-10 minutos aprox. Y ya lo tenemos listo!!
