- Ponemos dos ollas a fuego alto, en una echamos las almejas y agua hasta que cubra o más y en la otra las cascaras de las gambas (o las gamabas si estan peladas) con agua hasta que cubra o más, cuando empiezen a hervir bajamos el fuego a la mitad y dejamos que hierva 20 min.
- Cuando pasen los 20 min. retiramos del fuego y reservamos.
- Cortamos la cebolla, los ajos, el pimiento y el tomate.
(si los vais a triturar como yo no hace falta cortalos muy picaditos pero en el caso contrario es mejor cortarlos muy bien para que no se noten) - Ponemos a fuego medio una sartén o perol (lo bastante profundo para despues hechar el caldo) con 3 cucharadas de aceite, cuando esté caliente echamos todo lo que hemos picado con un poco de sal y la hoja de laurel.
Cuando haya pochado bien echamos la cucharadita de pimenton y pimienta y removemos, apartamos del fuego, quitamos la hoja del laurel y reservamos, trituramos bien todo el sofrito en un vaso triturador. - Volvemos a echar en la sartén o perol el sofrito triturado y la hoja de laurel.
Añadimos el vino y los aros de pota, le damos vueltas durante dos minutos. - Sacamos las almejas del agua, reservamos el agua y añadimos las almejas a la sartén y lo mismo con las gambas (si son las cascaras colamos el agua y tiramos las cascaras y añadimos las gambas peladas).
- Mezclamos las dos ollas de agua que reservamos y lo añadimos a la sartén la mitad colandolo y reservamos el resto, incorporamos la pastilla de caldo y el colorante y dejamos hervir 5 minutos teniendo en cuenta si se nos han quedado tiernos los aros de pota.
- Añadimos los fideos y dejamos hervir 3 - 5 minutos, si se nos quedan secos echamos más caldo que reservamos anteriormente, si os gusta más secos los dejamos tal cual y si os gusta otros fideos más gordos támbien podeis cambiarlos, añadir sal a gusto si hace falta, que aproveche.
