- Una vez se haya embebido, si vemos que los fideos están aún duros añadimos un poco más de agua y dejamos cocer y añadimos la sal si fuera necesaria (en mi caso con el caldo no hizo falta añadir sal).
- Una vez acabados, dejamos reposar 5 min y listo para servir. Hay personas que suelen acompañarlo con una cucharadita de Alioli pero eso es opcional y al gusto del consumidor. Espero que os guste.
