  4. Pelamos el tomate y lo incorporamos para que se sofría una vez hecho añadimos el pimiento colorado y lo movemos para que no se queme.
  5. Añadimos los fideos dependiendo de los comensales y lo mezclamos todo un poco
  6. Añadimos el fumet (caldo) y dejamos que se evapore. Cuando quede poco caldo añadiremos los gambones y las clotxinas para que se hagan en el último momento y queden jugosos. Dejamos reposar y listo.
