  7. Id añadiendo el caldo poco a poco y removiendo para ver cuándo es suficiente. Debe estar caliente para evitar que se empape el fideo sin cocinarse y se apelmace todo
  8. El fideo se cocinará en apenas 8 minutos hirviendo
  9. Devolver a la olla las gambas marcadas y dejar reposar todo un par de minutos
  10. Servir caliente acompañado de una ensalada. Buen provecho
