  6. Cuando vuelve a subir, si queremos, es el momento de usar el azafrán o colorante.
  7. A continuación bajamos a fuego medio. Los fideos se harán en unos 15 minutos. Si es otro tipo de fideos comprobar la recomendación del fabricante.
  8. Cuando la pasta esta casi en su punto añadimos la pota, las almejas y los langostinos.
