Si ves que se está consumiendo muy rápido el caldo, puedes agrégarle un poco más o en su defecto agua. En tal caso, vuelve a comprobar de sabor. Cuando prácticamente el caldo se haya consumido, agrega los crustáceos que tenías reservados.
