- A continuación añadiremos la salsa de la sepia que es una bolsita que está por la parte de encima de los tentáculos y pondremos también la sepia. Dejaremos sofreír todo junto durante unos 5 minutos.
- Ponemos los fideos en la cazuela y los dejamos dorar con la salsa durante unos 2/4 minutos.
- Añadimos el fumet que tiene que cubrir los fideos, y cocemos al gusto, durante 6/8 minutos
- Aproximadamente. Si es necesario podemos añadir más fumet si nos quedan muy secos.
- Precalentamos el horno a 250º centígrados y encendemos el grill y ponemos la cazuela en el horno durante unos 3 minutos.
- Al salir del horno añadimos los langostinos y las almejas y ya podemos servir la fideuá que acompañaremos con la salsa All y Oli
