- Para hacer el paté a bome primero pondremos a hervir el agua con azúcar
- Cuando ya esté hirviendo empezamos a aclarar las yemas
- Para saber si ya esta el jarabe de azúcar en un vaso echaremos un poco y si se hace bolita está listo
- Así caliente se lo vaciamos a las yemas y lo batimos bien
- Después a baño maría ponemos la grenetina y una vez lista se la vaciamos a las yemas y lo revolvemos bien
- Previamente ya acremamos el queso crema y ahora vaciaremos el paté a bome al queso crema y lo revolvemos
- En un recipiente vaciaremos la crema para batir y después vaciaremos un poco de crema en el paté a bome hasta lo revolvemos y de ahí lo demás lo agregaremos poco a poco y lo revolveremos de forma envolvente
- Una vez terminados estos pasos remojaremos las soletas en el jarabe de café y las iremos colocando en el molde
- Agregaremos una capa de paté bom y le pondremos cocoa y así seguiremos hasta terminar con el paté a bome
- Lo tapamos y lo llevamos a refrigerar por una hora
- Lo sacamos del refri lo desmoldearemos y alrededor le pondremos soletas y un liston.
