- Ahora mezclaremos nuestro paté a bombe y el relleno, una parte de golpe y una de forma envolvente, hasta que esté bien mezclado.
- Ya teniendo todo esto listo remojamos las soletas en el café y de ahí colocamos dentro de nuestro molde, podremos galletas, relleno tres capas a lo último espolvoreamos de cocoa.
- Para terminar colocamos un topping de fresas con crema.
