  7. Por otro lado, se acrema el queso crema y se le agrega el paté a bombe con la grenetina.
  8. Batimos la crema para batir hasta formar picos suaves y agregamos a la mezcla de queso crema y paté a bombe con movimientos envolventes.
  9. Humedecer las galletas en el jarabe de café, colocarlas en el fondo del molde, agregar el relleno y espolvorear cocoa. Repetir esas capas en orden hasta terminar con el relleno.
  10. Refigera por lo menos dos horas, decora y disfruta
