  2. Para el jarabe, hervir el agua con el azúcar durante 10 minutos hasta tener un jarabe simple. Retirar del fuego enfriar un poco e incorporar el café.
  3. Hacer un páte á bombe con las yemas y un jarabe a punto de bola suave utilizando el azúcar con agua. Y seguimos batiendo para enfriar un poco la mezcla.
  4. Hidratar la grenetina y acremar el queso, derretimos la grenetina en el microondas y agregamos a la mezcla anterior. También agregamos el queso acremado e integramos.
  5. Batimos la crema a medio pico y agregamos a la mezcla anterior.
  6. Hidratamos las soletas con el jarabe de café y ponemos una capa para en nuestro recipiente. Agregamos la mezcla de crema de queso y repetimos el proceso dos veces más hasta obtener tres capas terminando con la crema y colocamos cocoa encima para decorar.
