- Una vez hecho iremos mezclado la masa de las yemas con las claras. Iremos añadiendo poco a poco las claras con movimientos envolventes. Una vez mezclado. Lo pondremos en una manga pastelera y reservaremos en nevera. Tenemos que ir con mucho cuidado con el huevo.
- Luego rallaremos un poquito de chocolate negro que reservaremos.
- Pasaremos al montaje. En un plato pondremos el café donde bañaremos los bizcochos de soletilla de uno en uno y lo pondremos en el fondo de la copa.
- Yo lo he hecho en una copa pero lo podéis hacer el montaje en una fuente.
- Continuamos... pondremos la soletilla en un vaso y añadimos la mezcla de la manga pastelera, añadiremos chocolate en polvo.
- Haremos otra capa con el bizcocho soletilla, la mezcla de la manga pastelera y esta vez pondremos por último el chocolate rallado.
- Y listo. Cuando lo tengamos, dejaremos reposar mínimo de dos horas en la nevera. Pasado ese tiempo servir y comer...
