  1. Cascamos los huevos y separamos la yema de las claras, las claras las batimos a punto de nieve, a las yemas, les añadimos el azúcar y removemos hasta que quede bien unido
  2. A la mezcla de las yemas con el azúcar, añadimos el queso Mascarpone y removemos con la cuchara hazte que quede una crema pastosa, luego añadimos las claras a punto de nieve y removemos (No batimos)hasta que la crema esté bien unida.
  3. Procedemos al montaje del Tiramisú, preparando una bandeja rectangular, un vaso o bol grande con el Cacaolat.
  4. Vamos bañando los bizcochos secos en el Cacaolat y los vamos poniendo en la bandeja, cuando ya tengáis un piso hecho, cubrir con la crema preparada anteriormente, así hasta tener 3 pisos de bizcocho y el último, añadir el resto de la crema y esparcir. Añadimos el ColaCao espolvoreado por encima y dejamos reposar en la nevera unas 6 horas. Buen provecho!!
