  3. En otro bol, batir las claras con los 60 gr. De azúcar restantes y montar la nata hasta que al volcar el bol no se nos caiga la nata como en la foto. Luego se mezcla la nata con la crema que hemos reservado echandola poco a poco y con las varillas manuales mezclar de abajo a arriba con cuidado de que no se nos baje la nata.
  4. Una vez ya mezclado todo empezamos a montar nuestro tiramisú. En un recipiente o molde ponemos una base de bizcochos y emborrachamos con el café que hemos preparado y que previamente le habremos puesto 2 cucharadas de azúcar y un chorro de whisky. Después añadiremos la mitad de nuestra crema y extenderemos por encima y luego otra capa de bizcochos emborrachados y finalmente el resto de la crema y espolvorearemos con cacao. Conservar en el frigorífico mínimo 1 hora.
