- Humedecer las vainillas en el café mezclado con el ron. Ir intercalando en las copas vainillas y crema. También se puede hacer en una fuente y cortar en porción armándolo como torta.



- Nota: otra forma de probar el punto del almíbar poniendo una cucharadita del mismo en un recipiente con agua fría, ve si se endurece, se toma con los dedos se forma una bolita, ya está listo (si se tiene termómetro tiene que medir 118°).
