  1. Batir las yemas con el azúcar sobre baño María, hasta que no queden restos de azúcar, agregar el licor elegido y seguir batiendo hasta que quede una crema densa y clarito. Seguir batiendo hasta que baje la temperatura.
  2. Mezclar el queso crema con el Finlandia, luego agregar la crema de leche batida a medio punto. Integrar la mezcla de quesos con la crema de yemas.
  3. Preparar el café, agregarle el azúcar y humedecer las Vainillas e ir acomodando en una bandeja.
  4. Agregar una parte de la crema.
  5. Luego poner otra capa de Vainillas
  6. Terminar la última capa con crema, finalmente espolvorear cacao amargo, o chocolate rallado.
  7. Enfriar en la heladera por lo menos dos horas, para que quede compacto y luego servir.
